California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and other officials have told an appeals court there's no need to dig into state constitutional issues regarding homeschooling since state laws already provide for that choice for parents. "The governor's brief supports the right of California parents to teach their children at home," stated the governor's press secretary, Aaron McLear. "It explains how the California Education Code already provides for homeschooling and urges the court to recognize and affirm this important right."
